The first truffle pasta in the world, invented by Tartuflanghe in 1990. Awarded the prize for Best New Product at the Fancy Food Show in New York in 1992.

Artisanal pasta, drawn into strands and packaged by hand after a slow drying process. Our tagliatelle are bronze-extruded, rolled, and cut by hand: all these steps give them a particularly elastic texture and excellent resistance to cooking. The high percentage of eggs and truffles (7%) enhances the exceptional taste of this pasta.
