Onion and Truffle Chutney

Description

A traditional chutney that pairs perfectly with truffles. With caramelized onions, mustard, and summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.)

Directions for use:

Ideal to serve with cheeses, cured meats, meats, and foie gras. The sweetness of the onion, combined with the taste of mustard, brown sugar, and sweet and sour notes, enhances the truffle.
