Martine is our producer; she grows and harvests your Espelette peppers on her family land. Her production is entirely manual and takes place on a farm in Itxassou, in the Basque Country. She does not mechanize her production in order to protect her land.

Fruity, with notes of raisins, this Espelette pepper is a delightful addition to any French spice collection with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. This ground Espelette pepper will fully meet your expectations.

Our Espelette pepper powder is contained in a glass jar and can only be stored in this format, meeting the strict specifications of the PDO for Espelette peppers.
