Crunchy Capers

Description

The capers are of uniform size, carefully selected to obtain a uniform consistency of the product. The capers are first desalted and sun-dried, then dried in a dehydrator to impart a crispy texture, completely unusual for capers. Very fun to use for garnishing fish, meat, and pasta dishes. They are also ideal to eat as an appetizer.
