Our Saint Jacques scallop soup is certainly one of the most concentrated on the market! Developed in accordance with Sétoise traditions, it is a delightfully concentrated blend of flavors. We use only the best ingredients and no artificial colors. The quality ingredients and traditional preparation methods give this product a high-class feel.

Preparation method: Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan, accompanied by another half jar of water and bring to a boil. Serve with garlic croutons, add some of our Sétoise rouille (prepared with fresh eggs).
