Caper Salt

Description

Caper salt without capers! Traditionally considered a byproduct of caper processing, this sea salt is infused into the vegetation water released by the capers during maturation. In this way, the aroma and salt are closely intertwined through the natural fermentation process of the capers. Use it to flavor salads and as a seasoning for meat, fish, and fresh cheeses. May contain small pieces of capers.
