BBQ Sauce with Caramel Stout and Mustard

A collaboration with New Bristol Brewery using their Cinder Toffee Stout, this is an interpretation of a Carolina mustard BBQ sauce. With a slight heat from the mustard, it is best suited for chicken and pork.
