Delivery and payment

Delivery of our goods is mainly carried out by the courier company Econt. Under certain conditions, delivery can also be arranged with a courier of your choice. You may use the “inspection” option.

We primarily work with Econt, with whom we have contractual agreements that provide percentage discounts on all shipments. The delivery cost is determined by the weight, depending on the destination location and the cash-on-delivery amount (this is determined by the courier company).

Transport costs for all shipments are borne by the recipient.

Payment methods:

• • Cash on delivery – payment to the courier upon receiving the goods
  • Bank transfer – transfer of the amount to a bank account and sending a scanned payment confirmation via email in advance / before shipment /.
  • Pickup from our store located at 2 Filip Kutev St., Sofia

Our staff will contact you within the working day to confirm your order and delivery details. Orders placed on the website are processed from Monday to Friday until 15:00. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day.

In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to extend the delivery time after informing the customer of the reasons.
